There is an initial fee of $450 and a monthly fee of $99 thereafter. Clients can decide to end their service by not paying the monthly fee. All clients/customers former and past agree tp forward all correspondence for the credit bureaus to The Credit Grooming Co.
The Credit Grooming Co. cannot perform service without obtaining copies or documents of the credit reports and all correspondence from the credit bureaus. Clients agree to provide all relevant and requested documents in a timely manner. The documentation must be provided as soon as reasonably possible. Best practice is to send within 2 business days of receipt.
Clients agree to pay The Credit Grooming Co. for services rendered. Lack of payment will result in suspension of services. Success of service is dependent on the client’s submission of documentation requested and all credit related activity for best results. Although results are not guaranteed, the client’s success rate is heighten when they provided all required credit reports and documentation.
Disclaimer: Clients are aware that services vary based on their credit history. The initial health of the credit score will indicate how quickly it can improve. There is a recurring monthly fee of $99. If bank returns the payment dishonored, the client is required to pay a $35.00 dishonored payment fee. All services will be halted (possibly terminated at the Credit Grooming Co. discretion) if payment not received according to contract.
Derogatory Information Reporting: The Credit Grooming Co. will dispute all information found on clients credit report that could indicate misleading information except for the information disclosed to The Credit Grooming Co. separately. Any information outside of the disclosed information will be deemed inaccurate and unverified.
Our Right to Suspend or Terminate Services: We can, without notice, suspend or terminate any service at any time for any reason.
The Credit Grooming Company keeps all information confidential unless authorized by the client. All personally identifiable information will only be used for credit repair.
